Lightwire engineers have been unable to resolve the outage remotely, and suspect a hardware failure.
Lightwire field service technicians will attend the site with replacement hardware once it is safe to do so. This will depend on weather conditions at the site, so we have no ETR at this time.

Lightwire engineers are aware of an unplanned service outage at our Tahuna tower site. Investigations are underway to determine the cause and restore service.
Affected connections will be offline until service is restored. We will provide further updates as we gather more information.
