The remote fix applied by engineers held for most of the weekend. Lightwire technicians will be attending site this morning to further investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome of the investigation a small outage may be required to replace equipment.

Lightwire engineers are aware of an issue with equipment at our Cambridge transmission site that may be causing intermittent or complete loss of service. We are investigating the scope of the problem and will attempt to resolve this remotely.
In the event this can not be solved remotely we will assess sending a site technician for further investigation and remediation. If this can not be done tomorrow, Sunday September 8th, we will visit site early morning on Monday September 9th.
