Degraded Service Notification - Kauaeranga Valley

Lightwire Engineers have been alerted to an incident affecting our Kauaeranga Valley site. The transmission sites primary link has gone down; resulting in Kauaeranga Valley Transmission using back up routes. This will create some degradation of the service until restored. Notification of Unplanned Outage - Te Miro Site - Eureka Site

Lightwire Engineers are aware of equipment at our Eureka site having entered a fault state and are currently investigating.

We're working to get this resolved as fast as possible and will provide further updates regarding an ETR once we've identified the cause of the issue.
