Lightwire engineers have discovered a software issue on the site the services your internet connection. Engineers will be performing a remote upgrade in order to resolve this issue.

Customers may experience a full outage - or a degraded service - for up 10 minutes during the upgrade process.

Lightwire engineers are currently monitoring a potential temperature related issue on a core site that services the greater Waihi region.

Should the equipment reach critical temperatures, customers may experience a full loss of service until temperatures decrease to a safe operating level.
