Our Oliver Road transmission site has experienced critical equipment failure on a vital piece of equipment on site. This is causing a total service outage for all customers connected via this Transmission site.
Lightwire Technicians are going to the site to replace the faulty equipment. It is expected that this will restore all impacted connections.

Lightwire engineers are aware of a widespread mains power outage across the Hamilton area, unfortunately due to factors outside of Lightwire's control. While our sites have battery backup, there is a chance you may experience a service outage this evening should mains not be restored beforehand.

We have been advised that this outage is expected to be resolved by 11:30pm this evening.
