An upstream provider has identified a fault degrading network performance for affected customers. It is expected that services will operate at a reduced capacity until Technicians are able to resolve this fault.

[2023-10-17 18:26:00 NZDT] Lightwire has been made aware that a sector of our Tauhei site is currently experiencing an outage. Our Engineering Team is currently looking into this issue and we will post further updates once we have further information.
