[2023-09-03 07:18:36 NZST] Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating a fault at one of our Waihi transmission sites causing an outage to your connection.

Latest update:

Contractors working in the UoW network room mistakenly disconnected power from active equipment. The fault was quickly resolved by UoW staff who assisted in restoring service. The contractors have been informed that power must not be removed again without proper planning & notification.

The issue is now resolved.
