Lightwire engineers are aware of a power outage affecting our fiber fed Waitoa transmission site, this directly supports your transmission site. While we have battery backup here, in the event this is depleted, you may notice degraded speeds while your connection takes redundant paths.
Service would be restored to normal as soon as the power outage is resolved.
