Lightwire engineers are continuing to work on this issue. After further investigation it appears that the error is limited to Lightwire, though a root cause it not yet apparent.

Lightwire engineers are investigating an issue affecting calling on Microsoft Teams. Calls are being sent to Teams, however Microsoft is responding with an error. Please raise a case with Microsoft via your tenancy in the first instance.

Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting voice services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.
