Lightwire has been informed of an outage to mains power supplying our Waotu transmission site. While our site has backup battery power there is a chance that in the event of an extended outage or factors outside of Lightwire's control you may lose your connection. The power company's current ETR is slated for 6pm tomorrow (17/04) With this, we expect the site may go offline overnight. Please feel free to contact us on 0800 12 13 14 if you have any queries.

There was a fault with our Primary Trans Tasman connectivity. This resaulted in degretagion of services based out of Australia for a few minutes. The Lightwire network automatically failed over on primary failure, but there was congestion on the secondary path, which Lightwire Engineers had to manually resolve. Services are running at normal service levels on the backup path to Australia.Will update again when Primary path is active again.

Due to an unplanned incident during a planned migration, the Te Pahu School (TPH) transmission site may be experiencing a loss of service.Lightwire technicians are working on this at this time.  We thank you for your patience.

Lightwire has been informed of a mains power outage affecting our Maramarua School transmission site. Whilst our site does have a battery backup it is likely that if the outage is not resolved by tonight the site will likely offline forcing all affected customer's traffic to be routed via redundant paths. This may cause the speed of your service to be degraded until the power outage is resolved.
