Customers connected to the Ohauiti (OHITI) Lightwire transmission site, in the Oropi area, may be experiencing a loss of service at this time. Lightwire engineers are investigating the fault.

Customers connected to Lightwire's Kopu, Kaueranga Valley (KAVLY), Puriri (PURI) and Neavesville (NVL) may be experience a loss of service this morning. We believe this loss is related to the known issue over the past two days that is still under investigation. Our engineers are investigating this issue to restore connectivity as soon as possible. Due to a loss of power overnight at Lightwire's Maungatautari North site (MAUNG-N) customers connected to both the Maungatautari North and Roto-o-rangi (ROTO) sites will currently be experiencing a loss of service. Technicians will be visiting the site with a generator today to ensure that it has power supply. We thank you for your patience.
