Loss of Service in the Waikino/Waihi area.

--Update 0746am 30/04/2018-- A technician is due to visit the site to investigate today. We are awaiting an all clear to visit due to flooding in the area.

Due to an equipment fault, some customers connected to the Lightwire network in the Waikino/Waihi area may be experiencing a loss of service.

A technician is required to visit but due to flooding we are unable to access the tower and will re assess the situation tomorrow.

Loss of service in the Matamata area.

Due to power loss, some customers connected to the Lightwire network in the Matamata area may be experiencing a loss of service.

Technicians are heading onsite today with a back up generator to get the site back online.

Due to an equipment fault, some customers connected to the Lightwire network in the Waihi Beach and Katikati regions may be experiencing a loss of service.
