Unplanned PPPoE service event

An issue overnight with Lightwire's authentication platform left a subset of users unable to access their internet services overnight. The issue was detected by engineers at 07:18. The issue was diagnosed at 08:10 and a resolution was put in place to start bringing affected customer connections back online at 08:30, with all affected connections back online by 08:35.

An investigation is now underway to determine the root cause of the issue and a more complete incident analysis will be provided as soon as possible.
