[2024-09-10 16:50:14 NZST] An on-site investigation was able to place this afternoon and the likely cause of the failure has been identified. Unfortunately, we were not able to repair the fault during our visit to site.
We will be seeking to re-visit the site early morning Wednesday, September 11th to repair the issue, weather permitting.

[2024-09-10 13:59:59 NZST] Lightwire engineers are aware of an issue with equipment at one of our Waikaretu transmission sites that may be causing a complete loss of service for customers in the area. We are investigating the scope of the problem and will attempt to resolve this remotely.
In the event this can not be solved remotely we will attempt to send a site technician for further investigation and remediation. If this can not be done this afternoon, Tuesday September 10th, we will visit site early morning on Wednesday September 11th.
