Our network in the Waihi Region is suffering from critical equipment failure on a vital piece of equipment at one of our Transmission sites. This is causing a total service outage for all customers connected via this Transmission site.
Lightwire Technicians are going to the site to replace the faulty equipment. It is expected that this will restore all impacted connections.
