The upstream provider has informed us that this outage should be resolved now. If you continue to experience any further service issues we advise rebooting the affected equipment which should resolve any residual issues.

Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of an upstream provider network fault effecting our Australian 4G services. Until this is resolved please expect a complete outage on 4G services. We will monitor the situation and provide updates as we learn of them.
