Unplanned Outage - Australian 4G Services

The upstream provider has informed us that this outage should be resolved now. If you continue to experience any further service issues we advise rebooting the affected equipment which should resolve any residual issues.
If however this issue is still affecting your 4G service after rebooting the device, please feel free to reach out and let us know so we can investigate the matter.

[2023-11-08 09:38:26 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of an upstream provider network fault effecting our Australian 4G services. Until this is resolved please expect a complete outage on 4G services. We will monitor the situation and provide updates as we learn of them.
