Unplanned Incident

Latest update:

Third party update has come through and we are going to resolve this issue. Thanks for your patiacence and again we appologies for any inconveniance this incident has caused.

History:


[2023-10-03 09:07:56 NZDT] Our monitoring shows that the services came back online at 8:52am however we are yet to get an update from the third party so don't know the status of the fix at this time. We will update again when we have more information.

[2023-10-03 08:02:30 NZDT] Third party update at 07:58am NZDT:

Reseat didn't work. One of the SNOC engineer from Auckland team is on the way to Hamilton DC to handover spare card to the technician. Current ETA is 09:30 HRS.


[2023-10-03 07:31:12 NZDT] Third party technician has just arrived on site to start testing/replacing the failed equipment. We will update when we receive further updates from the third party.


[2023-10-03 04:49:59 NZDT] External provider has confirmed hardware failure in their network. They are unable to provide an ETA for restoration at this time. We will continue to work with the 3rd party provider for updates.


[2023-10-03 03:30:46 NZDT] We have lost a network handover with another provider taking down some services. We are reaching out to the provider now.


[2023-10-03 03:24:50 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.
