[2023-02-15 09:13:38 NZDT] Lightwire's Otorohanga transmission site is nearing battery depletion due to sustained mains outages in the area.
Lightwire technicians are planning to attend site today to charge batteries in preparation of further mains disruption to the area, but there is a chance the site may go offline before we are able to attend. Should this happen, customers with power in this area can expect a total loss of internet service.
