Unplanned Incident - Te Kawa Site Outage

[2022-12-12 17:15:47 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been unable to remotely restore the failed equipment, Technicians are being dispatched now in order to replace the failed equipment and are estimated to arrive on-site at 6:40pm.


[2022-12-12 16:55:53 NZDT] Lightwire engineers have been made aware of an incident affecting our Te Kawa transmission site. A vital piece of equipment has failed here and will need to be replaced by Lightwire engineers on site.

Affected customers will experience a full loss of service until Lightwire engineers are able to attend the site to replace the faulty equipment and restore the service to the region.
