Service Degradation - Roto-o-rangi Region

Lightwire has been made aware that a hyperfibre link has failed in the Rotoorangi region. Affected customers are expected to have poor speeds while connections operate over backup links until it is restored. Lightwire Engineers are currently working with the fibre carrier to resolve this to restore your connection as soon as possible.

Your speeds should return to normal once this link has been restored but if you have any connection issues past the point of the incident being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.
