[2022-11-18 20:47:59 NZDT] Lightwire engineers have rectified the issue temporarily in the Hamilton university ring and will continue to monitor the service. All Innovation Park services are back online now. Our engineer will visit the site in 30 minutes to perform a hardware reload.


[2022-11-18 20:17:31 NZDT] We currently experiencing packet loss in hamilton university ring. Engineer currently trying to isolate and rectify the issue .


[2022-11-18 19:58:21 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.
