Lightwire has been made aware of a link dropping offline in the Wairakau region. Affected customers are expected to have reduced speeds while connections operate over backup links until a Lightwire Technician can visit our transmission site to restore the link.
Your speeds should return to normal once this link has been restored but if you have any connection issues past the point of the incident being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.
