Lightwire technicians are on their way to the site to investigate the fault. Spare equipment has been taken if the issue is a physical fault.

Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating an issue with some of the equipment on one of our Te Pahu sites. Some customers on the site are currently experiencing a full loss of services.
Lightwire is currently preparing replacement equipment in the event that a technician is required to attend site. We will keep customers updated.
