Lightwire technicians are on their way to replace the faulty equipment.

[2022-08-02 05:57:07 NZST] Lightwire engineers have discovered a faulty piece of equipment on the Kopuku site. This has resulted in a complete loss off service to all customers connected to the tower. Replacement equipment has been configured and will be replaced by Lightwire technicians today.
