[2022-07-26 16:50:28 NZST] 4:41pm Update - Lightwire engineers will be conducting additional testing outside of business hours this evening to confirm the fix has been successful. As a result we will be keeping this event open until testing is complete.

[2022-07-26 14:43:04 NZST] 2:38pm Update - Lightwire engineers have identified packet loss which may be affecting your connection, resulting in slow speeds or a drop in service. We are actively working on the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.


[2022-07-26 14:17:44 NZST] Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.
