Lightwire has been informed of a major fibre cut affecting our Maungatautari transmission site. Our upstream fibre provider has technicians on site assessing repairs but is unable to provide an ETA on service restoration.
Customers may experience degraded speeds during peak hours as our network utilizes backup paths until fibre services are restored.
