Lightwire engineers are aware of an upstream fiber outage at our Maramarua transmission site. Customers may experience degraded service during peak hours as our network uses backup paths.
An estimated restoration time between 11:00 and 15:00 on Friday, 5th December has been provided by our upstream provider, and we will be working with them to restore services to normal as soon as possible.
