Lightwire's Technician has been able to replace the faulty gear at the Tower and retore connectivity. Things have been looking stable since, so we are not expecting any further disruptions.

If your connection remains offline, please reboot all onsite equipment. Failing that, please reach out to our Support Team on 0800 12 13 14.
