Transient Loss Event

At 18:08 a network device went into a fault state causing a large amount of packet loss to our Primary upstream International Transit. Engineers were immediately notified and began looking into the issue, however at 18:15 the device recovered before manual intervention was undertaken. Lightwire Engineers will closely monitor the device to ensure there are no ongoing issues, however at this time there are no indications the problem will reoccur.
