Loss of service due to upgrade by Enable

Enable made upgrades on a handover in Christchurch at 2am this morning which services many of our customers. They have advised that some customers may be offline since the upgrade.

To get connections back online, both the router and the ONT (device where fibre terminates on premises: Your router will be connected to the ONT via an ethernet cable) needs to be turned off for a minimum of 15 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, connections should be reinstated once both the router and ONT have been turned back on.

Please contact us if connection is still offline post reboot.
