Possible audio issues on some calls in New Zealand

Latest update:

Our upstream carrier has made some changes on their network, and we're now seeing inbound calls routing to us correctly. Lightwire engineers are continuing to monitor for impact, and are investigating the root cause.


[2022-02-15 08:51:43 NZDT] NZ inbound calls are still presenting with no audio. Lightwire is engaging with the affected carrier to escalate this issue.

We have been able to ensure continuity of outbound calling.

[2022-02-15 07:46:27 NZDT] Lightwire engineers are working with a New Zealand based carrier to resolve an issue. Calls inbound to New Zealand numbers on the Lightwire network may present no audio.
