--Update 0746am 30/04/2018-- A technician is due to visit the site to investigate today. We are awaiting an all clear to visit due to flooding in the area.
Due to an equipment fault, some customers connected to the Lightwire network in the Waikino/Waihi area may be experiencing a loss of service.
A technician is required to visit but due to flooding we are unable to access the tower and will re assess the situation tomorrow.
